Dr. Steven Sparks is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Sparks Behavioral Services LLC. With a Ph.D. from Western Michigan University, he specializes in autism intervention, severe problem behavior treatment, and has been consulting in the field since 2012.

Kyle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. He holds a master’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology and specializes in treating severe problem behavior across various settings. Outside of work, he enjoys adventures with his wife and four kids, along with hiking, reading, and music.
