  • Certificates and CEUs are issued only to the individual who completes the requirements

4. Continuing Education & Certificates

Cooperant Learning is an educational project of Sparks Behavioral Services, LLC, an ACE-approved continuing education provider (#OP-21-0004).

Continuing education offerings made available through the Cooperant Learning library may be eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through Sparks Behavioral Services. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) does not endorse, approve, or sponsor any specific training, course, instructor, or content offered on this Site.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a course meets their individual continuing education requirements and for submitting documentation to the appropriate credentialing or licensing body.

Where applicable, Sparks Behavioral Services, LLC provides certificates of completion or continuing education units (CEUs).

You are responsible for:

  • Accurately completing required components

  • Submitting certificates to licensing or credentialing bodies

  • Verifying acceptance by your credentialing organization

We do not guarantee acceptance of CEUs by any specific licensing or regulatory body.

5. Intellectual Property

All content made available on the Site—including but not limited to text, audio, video, graphics, slides, handouts, course materials, podcasts, and certificates—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership of content is designated as follows:

  • Content created by Cooperant Learning employees or contractors is owned by Cooperant Learning, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Content created by guest instructors, authors, or contributors remains the intellectual property of the original creator, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • By contributing content to Cooperant Learning, guest contributors grant Cooperant Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make the content available through the Site for educational purposes.

Users of the Site may access content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the applicable rights holder.
