Refund Policy

Because Cooperant Learning courses are tied to podcast content that is freely available, refunds are offered under limited circumstances.

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if final quiz, ASRs and/or quizzes have not been accessed or submitted and/or a certificate has been issued.

• No refunds will be issued once the final quiz, quizzes and/or ASRs have been opened, attempted, or completed, as access to these assessments of understanding constitutes use of the course.

• No refunds will be issued after a certificate has been generated or CEUs have been reported.

• Technical issues that prevent course access or quiz completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
