Frequently Asked Questions
How do I earn CEUs from a podcast?
While all of our podcasts are free to listen to, some podcast recordings are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) or professional development units (PDUs). Listeners seeking continuing education should first register with the Cooperant Learning site and be sure to include their certification number in the registration. Next, listen to the podcast on one of several platforms or on our website. Third, register and pay for the associated course with that episode. The link for each course can be found on episode posts. Lastly, in compliance with future standards from the BACB in 2026, users will be prompted to complete a short quiz (3 questions per hour of instruction) related to the content discussed in the episode. Once this quiz is completed with correct responses, a certificate will appear to download and in your user profile.

No refunds will be issued once the quiz has been opened, attempted, or completed, as access to the assessment constitutes use of the course.
No refunds will be issued after a certificate has been generated or CEUs have been reported.
Technical issues that prevent course access or quiz completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Can I listen without earning CEUs?
Absolutely. Our podcasts are free to listen and watch. Continuing education units are voluntary and available for a small fee and meeting standards and requirements set by the BACB.
How long do I have to complete the quiz?
After purchasing a course, the course window will remain open for seven (7) consecutive days. At that point, the quiz will no longer be available. No refunds will be given for missed deadlines unless extenuating circumstances occur. Please contact our support team on the contact portion of our page for help.
